How to Book

To attend Sandra & Matthew's wedding the following information is required to book your space.

* Full Names exactly as shown on valid passport of each guest per room
* Birthdates of each guest
* Full mailing address including postal code
* Telephone number including area code
* Email address
* Departure Airport City eg. St John's, Halifax, Toronto, etc
* Form of payment

Email or the form above is the preferred method of communication because it guarantees correct booking details and spelling of names.

We would like to receive a copy of your passport picture page, which you can copy and send to us by fax at 753 9952, by email, or even by taking a photo of it on your phone and emailing it from there.

We are currently holding space and rates until September 15th, after which time the rates can be re quoted.
We are no longer holding space as the hold time has now expired. We will still be able to add additional guests as long as there are seats and rooms available, but the rate will need to be quoted at the time of any new booking. Original rates quoted on this blog no longer apply..

Deposit is $250, and the final payment date will be by April 30th, 2015.We have been able to extend this to by May 21st, 2015.

Deposits are always non-refundable.
